
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Josie joined our team at the end of 2019 right when we most needed her. With a wealth of experience in office settings, bakeries, and restaurants on Nantucket and in Boston, Josie’s blend of management experience and her top notch people skills make her a natural leader on our team. New Hampshire born and raised, Josie only recently returned to the area where she lives with her best (Golden Retriever) boy Tucker. She is a calm and steady force on our front end, and sometimes when we are lucky, she even bakes us a cake.
